Terms and Conditions of this Service

  1. By purchasing any report from AlphaCalibre Services, LLC, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions set by AlphaCalibre Services, LLC in regards to information and services obtained herein.
  2. MyAlphaSearch.com is owned by AlphaCalibre Services, LLC is a Private Investigation Agency, registered and licensed, that provides investigative services only to clients. Information obtained from AlphaCalibre Services, LLC is for the client’s rightful use and may not be sold or distributed to third parties for any reason or purpose. AlphaCalibre Services, LLC reserves the right to deny access to any information for any reason at any time.
  3. Client acknowledges that AlphaCalibre Services, LLC is not responsible for any physical, mental or emotional consequences, and client is solely responsible for his or her actions.
  4. Client acknowledges that information provided will not be used for the wrong reasons or to cause harm, or to perform illegal actions. AlphaCalibre Services, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any business or person at any time and for any reason.
  5. AlphaCalibre Services, LLC is not responsible for misspelled information, typos, incorrect or limited information provided by client that may affect the results of any search requested by the client. Information found by AlphaCalibre Services, LLC cannot be guaranteed for accuracy because of different circumstances or different variables present at any time.
  6. Client acknowledges that no legal action shall be taken against AlphaCalibre Services, LLC in regards to physical damage, loss wages, or bodily harm. In the event that AlphaCalibre Services, LLC is found liable or negligent by legal process, AlphaCalibre Services, LLC would only be responsible for fee paid to AlphaCalibre Services, LLC.
  7. Client understands that Public Records and commercially available data sources used on reports may have errors since at time of input data may be entered incorrectly and databases are not 100% accurate.
  8. Client is responsible for verifying data from Public Records, Secretary of State, and Department of State in order to rely on information provided by this system.
  9. Client understands that, after the date some cases information are updated or obtained, some criminal records have been sealed or expunged, and they become inaccessible to the public.
  10. Client understands that information provided by AlphaCalibre Services, LLC does not constitute a Consumer Report as defined in the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC 1681 et seq. (FCRA). Information obtained from AlphaCalibre Services, LLC, may not be used partially or completely to determine eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, or any other purpose permitted under the FCRA.
  11. Services provided by AlphaCalibre Services, LLC may be delayed or interrupted for causes beyond the Agency’s control, such as acts of God, weather, internet service interrupted, fire, loss or breakdown of equipment, or any other cause beyond the agency’s control.
  12. AlphaCalibre Services, LLC is a Florida Corporation governed by State Laws and Statutes. Any legal action must be filed in Osceola County Court, or in US District Court Middle District of Florida.
  13. These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between both parties. Terms and conditions set forth in any other agreement shall be of no effect. By ordering a search, the client agrees with these terms and conditions, and agrees that he or she completely understands the documents or forms described and presented in this service for any ordered search.
